Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Associate

Piper Companies is looking for a Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Associate to join a biotechnology company located in Eden Prairie, MN.

Responsibilities of the Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Associate include:

· Serve as the system owner and subject matter expert for equipment maintenance, calibration, and tracking systems

· Manage preventive maintenance, calibration, and vendor service schedules while driving on-time completion of planned activities

· Coordinate external vendors, site logistics, service activities, and related documentation to ensure compliance and inspection readiness

· Maintain equipment records, certificates, manuals, and work documentation within designated systems

· Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and equipment owners to support equipment lifecycle activities

· Administer system user accounts and access rights while supporting system validation, upgrades, and change control activities

· Manage vendor-related documentation including quotes, purchase orders, contracts, service agreements, and certificates of insurance

· Track warranty issues, vendor service records, documentation gaps, and open activities through resolution

· Identify and implement improvements to equipment systems, workflows, and vendor processes

Qualifications for the Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Associate include:

· Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years, Associate’s degree with 5+ years, or HS Diploma/GED with 6+ years of equipment lifecycle management experience

· Experience owning equipment lifecycle programs, vendor services, and inspection readiness activities within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment

· Strong systems aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Experience coordinating maintenance, calibration, metrology, validation, vendor servicing, and equipment documentation activities

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and deadlines across multiple departments and functional teams

· Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills

· Experience serving as a central point of contact between equipment owners, vendors, and business stakeholders

· Experience with equipment management or CMMS systems

· Experience with Blue Mountain RAM (BMRAM) preferred

· Experience managing vendor documentation including contracts, purchase orders, quotes, service agreements, and certificates of insurance preferred

· Ability to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN 100% of the time

Compensation for the Senior Equipment Systems & Vendor Associate includes:

· Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience
