Wireless Network Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Wireless Network Engineer to support an industry leader in technology. This position will be 3 days on-site in Detroit, MI. The Wireless Network Engineer will be focused on wireless connection for a variety of customers.

Responsibilities of the Wireless Network Engineer include:

• Provide support for complex, Wi-Fi network deployments
• Assist in the development of high-level and low-level design activities
• Assist in the development of network implementation planning

Qualifications for the Wireless Network Engineer include:

• Strong Design deployment and operation of the Cisco 9800 WLC in an enterprise environment.
• Strong DNAC/Catalyst Center experience. Primary focus for Cat Center would be reporting and deployment of new devices via Catalyst Center
• Solid RF design skills using Ekahau or Hamina or Air Magnet
• Cisco CCNP or CCNA certificate

Compensation for the Wireless Network Engineer include:

• Salary Range: $110,000-135,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
