Piper Companies is seeking a Change Manager to support an industry leader in technology. This position will be hybrid in Raleigh, NC. The Change Manager will be focused on transformation projects in a large complex organization.
Responsibilities of the Change Manager include:
- Must lead transformation projects from a change management perspective
- Building out quick reference guides across various projects
- Drive comprehensive change strategies utilizing data and analytics
Qualifications for the Change Manager include:
- Analytics experience from a change management perspective
- 5+ years of change management or project management
- Any experience in instructional design is a plus
- Experienced with building out enablement
- PROSCI CM Certification preferred
- Strong storytelling, ability to build relationships
Compensation for the Change Manager include:
- Salary Range: $120,000-150,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
