Contract Administrator

Piper Companies is looking for a Contract Administrator to join a consulting engineering firm located in Baltimore, MD. The Contract Administrator will oversee and manage the construction administration phase for multiple projects.

Responsibilities of the Contract Administrator include:

• Oversee and direct construction administration activities, ensuring compliance with construction documents and project procedures.
• Initiate and process document revisions, change orders, and project reviews, while maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Maintain favorable working relationships with clients and contractors, acting as the Prime Consultant and managing sub-consultants.
• Analyze and respond to construction documents, provide technical solutions to contractor questions, and support the commissioning process.

Qualifications for the Contract Administrator include:

• 3+ years of experience performing a similar scope of work
• Licensure or tradesmen accreditation within any related CSI Division (Not required, just preferred)
• High school diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master's degree

Compensation for the Contract Administrator include:

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $150,000 **depending on experience**
