Piper Companies is seeking an IT Specialist to join a firm in Conshohocken, PA (on-site 5 days per week) for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The IT Specialist resolves end-user service requests and troubleshoots hardware and software issues.

 

Requirements:

·       Oversee and maintain hardware and devices, including docking stations and monitors.

·       Manage inventory of technical supplies to ensure adequate stock.

·       Collaborate with Helpdesk and MSP providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including software like iManage and Teams.

·       Support conference room technology, ensuring video conferencing equipment works and assist with setup for key meetings.

·       Set up and manage user access, including mobile device apps, and handle onboarding and termination tasks.

 

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

·       At least 4 years of experience in IT roles, preferably in professional service organizations.

·       Skilled in identifying operational issues and implementing effective solutions.

·       Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficient in MS Office Suite/Office 365 and able to maintain confidentiality.

 

Compensation:

-       Hourly pay rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

-       Comprehensive benefit package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, sick leave as required by law
