Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Piper Companies is currently in search of a Business Systems Analyst for a growing insurance technology company located in Raleigh, NC. The Business Systems Analyst will join a talented team and work across the organization to define requirements and drive the development of key software applications/systems. The Business Systems Analyst (SQL) will need to sit on site 3 days per week in Raleigh, NC. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst:

• Work with across the organization to develop system requirements and coordinate with other teams within IT
• Refine requirements, track development, test, and deploy
• Ensure Project execution and report on project progress, risk,s and potential roadblocks

Requirements of the Business Systems Analyst:

• Must have at least a Bachelors Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in IT, supporting software or database development or requirement gathering
• Previous experience with the FAST Policy Admin System or similar Policy Administration Systems
• Hands-on expertise with SQL
• Experience working in the insurance domain is preferred

Compensation for the Business Systems Analyst:

• $100,000 - $130,000 plus bonus
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
