QA Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a skilled QA Manager to join our dynamic team. This position will be on-site in Winston-Salem, NC. The QA Manager will be responsible for preparing audits and overall performance of quality with plant operations.

Responsibilities for the QA Manager:

• Quality and regulatory meetings with plant operations, addressing any open issues for the day
• Manage the schedule
• Handle time clock-related tasks
• Compliance verification
• Communicate internally and externally with customers
• General developmental activities for the team

Qualifications for the QA Manager:

• 5-10 years of Quality or Regulatory experience for food safety
• Leadership experience
• Compliance experience for regulatory controls and audits
• Prior experience writing and implementing food safety, security, and quality programs and policies
• PCQI certification is preferred but not required
• SQF Practitioner experience highly desired

Compensation for the QA Manager:

• Salary Range: $95,000-110,000 plus bonus
