Piper Companies is looking for a AV Field Technician to join a system integrator in the Washington, DC area.
Essential Duties of the AV Field Technician:
- Perform site inspection for installation quality
- Run through system operation and trouble shoot issues
- Communicate with project manager on outstanding issues, punch list items and client needs
- Walk through systems with end user and/or consultants
Qualifications of the AV Field Technician:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- 5+ years of AV installation, commissioning, and service
- Knowledge in Crestron, AMX, Extron, Biamp, and QSC
- Unified Communications (UC) experience
- AVIXA CTS/CTS-I preferred
- Top Secret clearance or above required
Compensation for the AV Field Technician:
- $85,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
