Prisma Access Consultant

Piper Companies is seeking a Prisma Access Consultant to join a leading professional services firm. The Prisma Access Consultant will be responsible for providing expert-level support and consultation on Prisma Access products and services.

Responsibilities of the Prisma Access Consultant include:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all licensed Prisma Access products/features/services.
• Lead the deployment, architecture, and training of Prisma Access solutions.
• Configure and set up policies for Prisma Access.
• Manage User ID with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Provide support for Global Protect (Windows & Mac).
• Handle Mobile Users (MU), Remote Network (RN), and Service Connections (SC).
• Perform basic troubleshooting of PAN Firewalls (VM-Series and Hardware).
• Assist with the transition from Cisco VPN to Prisma Access with Global Protect.
• Document conversations and technical details meticulously.
• Work with team members to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely fashion.
• Respond to bug and enhancement requests from internal users promptly.

Qualifications for the Prisma Access Consultant include:

• Must have a passport to travel to Canada.
• Expert knowledge of Prisma Access SCM/MU/RN/SC/ADEM/AIOPS.
• Experience with Global Protect (Windows & Mac).
• Proficiency with PAN NGFW (physical) and VM-Series (Azure/AWS/On-premises).
• Familiarity with ATP, AWF, Advanced URL, and Advanced DNS.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Routing experience (e.g., BGP).
• Travel Required: Maybe once a quarter to Toronto or Calgary.

Compensation for the Prisma Access Consultant includes:

• Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays.
