Senior Director for RTL Design

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Director for RTL Design highly experienced with leading a group of engineers and hands on hardware digital design. The ideal Senior Director will be onsite 5 days a week in Saratoga, CA.

Requirements for the Senior Director for RTL Design include:

·       Prior experience leading or building a team of engineers.

·       Advanced knowledge and hands on experience with RTL coding

·       Hardware digital design background

·       Deep understanding of Ethernet protocols and networking devices

Qualifications for the Senior Director for RTL Design include:

·       15+ years of experience in Hardware digital design

·       Hands on high speed Ethernet experience

·       Advanced knowledge of Verilog and VHDL

·       Background to VLAN support

·       ASIC design flow and physical implementation experience

·       Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field

·       Must be able to hold a security clearance

Compensation for the Senior Director for RTL Design include:

·       Salary range: $275,000 - $350,000

·       Comprehensive benefit package; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match plus PTO, Sick leave as required by law, and Paid Holidays
