ServiceNow Developer

Piper Companies is seeking a Certified ServiceNow Developer that’s well-versed in Identity Access Management to join a hybrid pioneering healthcare team in Columbia, MD.

Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Developer include:

• Responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our ServiceNow applications and business processes align with our organizational goals.
•  Document business and functional requirements to create stories needed to implement, modify and improve the ITSM system functionality to enhance business and IT operations.
• Assess complex data sets, perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Participate in periodic audits of ServiceNow system configuration and transactions to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead workshops with business teams for customer processes, document findings, develop/propose workflows, and design documents for existing and new workflows to maximize the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to deliver on Key Performance Indicators across business units and make/recommend strategic business decisions.

Qualifications for the ServiceNow Developer include:

• HS Diploma and 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer in an enterprise environment
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) required
• 3+ years of experience with the key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow API’s, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
• Demonstrated professional experience with HTML, JavaScript and RESTful or SOAP web services
• Advanced knowledge and deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITOM, PPM and other interrelated modules.

Compensation for the Maxim Systems Engineer includes:

• Salary Range: $135,000- $140,000 **depending on experience*
• Full Benefits: (Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Sick Leave (if require by law)
