Piper Companies is hiring a MES Engineer (Syncade) for a biomanufacturing hub locate din Holly Springs, NC. The MES Engineer (Syncade) will be supporting the integration and configuration of Emerson DeltaV MES for two manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and paperless workflows. The MES Engineer (Syncade) is a long term contract opportunity and will require the candidate to work on site in Holly Springs, NC 4 days per week.
Responsibilities of the MES Engineer (Syncade):
- Configure and troubleshoot DeltaV MES to integrate ERP/MES/DCS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines.
- Analyze customer requirements and validate DeltaV MES capabilities.
- Write and review cGMP documentation and test protocols.
- Support configuration management and ensure data integrity.
- Provide on-call support for operations.
Requirements for the MES Engineer (Syncade):
- 5+ years in MES design and implementation.
- 3+ years with DeltaV MES.
- cGMP experience and knowledge of FDA regulations, S88, ISA 95, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11.
- Programming skills in VB Script, XML, or SQL are a plus.
Compensation for the MES Engineer (Syncade):
- $150,000 - $200,000 based on experience
