Agile Project Manager

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a hybrid Agile Project Manager to grow an exciting and impactful company located in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities of the Agile Project Manager:

• Lead and manage projects in a big data environment using Agile project management methodologies.
• Oversee release train management and ensure seamless delivery of projects.
• Create, manage, and maintain Agile artifacts, including user stories, backlogs, and sprint plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Scrum Masters to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications of the Agile Project Manager:

• Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in big data environments within an enterprise setting.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and tools.
• Experience with project financials and starting projects from the ground up.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP certification is highly preferred as well as Agile certifications

Compensation of the Agile Project Manager:

• Salary range: $130,000-$160,000
