Piper Companies is seeking a Change Manager to join a leading technology company. This fully remote role, operating in EST hours, is perfect for someone passionate about driving transformation in a dynamic, complex organization. The Change Manager will lead critical change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and implementation across various projects.

 

Responsibilities of the Change Manager include:

  • Spearhead transformation projects with a focus on change management.
  • Create impactful quick reference guides for diverse projects.
  • Develop and execute data-driven change strategies.

Qualifications for the Change Manager include:

  • Proven experience in analytics within change management.
  • 5+ years in change management or project management.
  • Bonus: Experience in instructional design.
  • Expertise in developing enablement materials.
  • Exceptional storytelling and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation for the Change Manager include:

  • $120,000 - $150,000
  • Comprehensive benefit package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, and Sick Leave if required by law and Holidays.
