Piper Companies is looking for a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join an insurance provider based out of Frederick, MD. This is a direct hire opportunity, requiring the candidate to go onsite 3 times a week.
Essential Duties of the Sr. HRIS Analyst:
- Participate in the design, build, and delivery of global HCM system with integrations into existing systems
- Develops information systems that may involve the integration of multiple platforms, vendor products and technologies
- Assess HR and business need to identify opportunities for automation and partner with the HR team to assist in the design and configuration of efficient and scalable end-to-end processes
- Plan and execute testing of new system features and upgrades and evaluate the implementation prior to production release
Qualifications of the Sr. HRIS Analyst:
- Bachelors in related field is preferred
- 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, preferably with Ceridian’s Dayforce product, implementing systems upgrades, integrations, and creating dashboards
- HRIS implementation experience
- Working knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau
- DayForce by Ceridian experience is a big plus
Compensation for the Sr. HRIS Analyst:
- $120,000 - $135,000 (based on experience)
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
