Piper Companies is looking for a Wireless Network Engineer to join a leading technology company in the Detroit, Michigan area. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week. The Wireless Network Engineer will be involved in customer engagements, designing, developing, testing, and deploying wireless solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to provide recommendations for network optimization
- Design, engineer, and deploy wireless network solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Support Greenfield and Brownfield RF design and remediation
- Utilize the lab for testing and validation purposes
Qualifications:
- Ability to work onsite in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- Over 3 years of experience in network engineering
- Strong experience with 9800 WLC in an enterprise environment
- Proficiency in RF analysis and design using tools like Ekahau, Hamina, or Air Magnet
- Experience with Cisco Meraki and Cisco DNA Center
Compensation:
- Annual salary ranging from $105,000 to $130,000
- Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, and Sick Leave as required by law
