Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion (Associate Director/Director)

Piper Companies is searching for an Experienced Regulatory Affairs Professional in Advertising & Promotion to lead the regulatory affairs advertising and promotion team of a global biopharmaceutical company as Associate Director/Director of Regulatory Affairs (Advertising & Promotion). The position is a remote opportunity and candidates must reside in EST time zone.

Responsibilities for the Associate Director/Director of Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion include:

· Serve as the lead and collaborate cross-functionally to create all advertising and promotional materials

· Manage and maintain the creation of all US labeling, advertising and promotional materials

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the US regulation of drug marketing and advertising requirements

· Prepare necessary labeling documents and labeling information for submissions

Qualifications for the Associate Director/Director of Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion include:

· 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience

· 4+ years demonstrated regulatory affairs experience within US regulatory advertising and promotion

· Proven experience with product launch preferred

· Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific discipline or equivalent

Compensation for the Associate Director/Director of Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion includes:

· Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 base salary with annual bonus, LTI & other financial incentives
