Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure

Piper Companies is seeking a highly advanced Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure who can lead a group of engineers and has hands-on experience working directly with network security and systems. The Senior Manager will sit remotely in the EST time zone.

Requirements for the Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure include:

-       Be able to manage and perform the infrastructure administration, networking, and security team.

-       Act as the leader of the IT department and spearhead standards, implement polices, and establish guidelines surrounding infrastructure as needed.

-       Experience with a highly regulated system, surrounding Business Contingency Planning or Disaster Relief.

-       Understand the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools for compliance and managing the data security programs.

-       Must be very well spoken and written for regular team meetings and stakeholder interaction.

Qualifications for the Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure include:

-       10+ years of experience working within IT Infrastructure (network security and systems)

-       5+ years of experience managing or leading a team

-       Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux administration

-       Knowledge of SLA’s or KPI’s

-       Advanced knowledge of VMWare

-       Complete understanding of Microsoft exchange, Office 360; Microsoft servers, and Microsoft SQL

-       Understands AWS, Container initiatives, Ansible and cloud pipelines.

Compensation for the Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure includes:

-       Salary range: $150,000 - $160,000 with a 15% bonus

-       Comprehensive benefit package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match plus PTO, Sick leave as required by law, and Paid Holidays
