Piper Companies is seeking a highly experienced Change Manager who can design and implement change strategies by converting older technology into a newer version. The Change Manager will be in office hybrid 1-2 days a week, located in RTP, NC.

 

Requirements for the Change Manager include:

-       Assist in updating and enhancing training modules, focused on change management strategies

-       Refresh and consolidate new hiring training materials to ensure they are current and comprehensive

-       Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate training content, gather feedback, and make necessary improvements

-       Develop and deliver messaging to guide the team through transitions, fostering awareness and forward-thinking mindset


Qualifications for the Change Manager include:

-       2-3 years of experience of content creation or previous in change management

-       Advanced understanding of PowerPoint creation and revamping

-       Experience with Sharepoint, Microsoft, Slido, and Webex

-       Comfortable with creating curriculums company wide


Compensation for the Change Manager includes:

-       Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000

-       Comprehensive benefit package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match plus PTO, Sick leave as required by law, and Paid Holidays
