Clinical Lead

Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Lead to support a growing client in the clinical research industry in the United States. The Clinical Lead role is fully remote. The Clinical Lead role is ideal for an experienced clinical research professional with extensive CRA leadership experience, advanced clinical monitoring expertise, and a proven ability to coach teams while managing multiple studies and sites in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Lead include:

• Facilitate and lead internal CRA meetings and teleconferences, including preparation of meeting materials, presentation of agenda topics, and follow-up on action items.

• Partner with Sponsors during study-related meetings and contribute updates, documentation, and communication as needed.

• Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to CRA teams to ensure adherence to study timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Serve as a key point of contact for Sponsor communication, delivering project updates and study-related information.

• Support cross-functional collaboration by assisting with meeting agendas, documentation, and distribution of study communications.

Requirements of the Clinical Lead include:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.

• 8+ years of clinical research experience, including advanced clinical monitoring and site management responsibilities across multiple locations.

• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and mentoring CRAs and clinical operations teams.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines.

• Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes.

Compensation for the Clinical Lead include:

• $130,000 - $165,000 annually

• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
