Piper Companies is seeking a Lead Software Developer (.NET) to join a leading shipping and logistics organization. The Lead Software Developer (.NET) will oversee and enhance intricate customer deployments of a specialized SaaS platform.
Responsibilities of the Lead Software Developer (.NET) include:
- Take part in planning and gathering requirements for technical projects, including designing, coding, testing, and troubleshooting applications.
- Build applications and services using our main technologies.
- Lead daily agile scrum meetings.
- Monitor sprint progress and resolve any issues.
- Follow industry best practices for software development.
- Review code and give feedback to developers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members of all experience levels.
- Mentor team members to develop, deploy, and maintain important enterprise applications.
- Ensure code deliverables are completed successfully.
Qualifications for the Lead Software Developer (.NET) include:
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET application development.
- Proficient in C#, ASP.Net, Web Forms, Web Services, JavaScript/jQuery, Entity Framework, and Git.
- Experienced with .NET Framework 4.x and/or .NET Core.
- Skilled in database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Compensation for the Lead Software Developer (.NET) include:
- Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 -- Hourly $67/hr - $70/hr
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
