Piper Companies is seeking a Product Owner Analytics, to join a leading shipping and logistics organization. The Product Owner Analytics will be responsible for connecting data science teams, business stakeholders, and engineering to lead analytics projects effectively.
Responsibilities of the Product Owner Analytics include:
- Bridge the gap between data science teams, business stakeholders, and engineering to drive analytics initiatives.
- Blend domain expertise with agile product management and a strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of data analytics.
- Own the product life cycle from conceptualization and road map development to iterative delivery.
- Ensure analytics solutions align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Deliver measurable business impact through effective analytics projects.
Qualifications for the Product Owner Analytics include:
- 7+ years of experience in consulting and/or logistics or brokerage.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Atlanta if not based in Atlanta or Chicago.
- Strong background in advanced analytics.
- Ability to bridge gaps between data science, business stakeholders, and engineering.
- Reports to the head of analytics.
Compensation for the Product Owner Analytics include:
- Salary: $190,000 - $250,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
