IS&T Contract Negotiations Manager

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a hybrid IS&T Contract Negotiations Manager to join a well-known and impactful company located in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities of the IS&T Contract Negotiations Manager:

• Review potential contracts and agreements to identify risks and benefits.
• Negotiate contract terms, prices, and payment arrangements with vendors and partners to secure advantageous terms
• Analyze vendor proposals, contracts, and pricing models to identify opportunities for cost reduction and value creation.
• Ensure all contracts align with company standards and legal regulations.
• Lead client-side contract negotiations to achieve cost savings and secure optimal terms.
• Communicate and clarify contract terms with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications of the IS&T Contract Negotiations Manager:

• 7+ years of experience in contract negotiations, procurement, or cost management, with a focus on client-side operations.
• Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings and favorable contract terms.
• Strong ability to negotiate terms, prices, and conditions with vendors and partner
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously
• Ability to analyze contract terms and identify potential risks and benefits
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

Compensation of the IS&T Contract Negotiations Manager:

• Salary range: $100,000-$120,000
