Cleaning Validation Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Cleaning Validation Engineer to join a growing leader in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology space for an onsite position in Holly Springs, North Carolina (NC). The Cleaning Validation Engineer will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of cleaning validation processes for our new manufacturing facility. This position requires a thorough understanding of cleaning validation principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities of the Cleaning Validation Engineer include:

• Develop and execute cleaning validation protocols, perform risk assessments, and investigate discrepancies to ensure compliance and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cleaning validation activities into project plans and train personnel on best practices.
• Conduct cleaning validation studies, including sampling, testing, data analysis, and maintain accurate documentation of all activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in cleaning validation technologies and procedures.

Qualifications for the Cleaning Validation Engineer include:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cleaning validation within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Expertise in GMP regulations, cleaning validation guidelines, and statistical analysis, with experience in greenfield projects and new facility build-outs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.

 Compensation for the Senior CQV Engineer:

• Salary Range: $70-$79/hour (USD)
