Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with moderate technical expertise in core Java or Scala and Big Data technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data processing, and cloud-based systems while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Responsibilities of the Full Stack Engineer:

• Design, develop, document, test, deploy, and provide production support for system components
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery from initiation to implementation
• Work independently or with a globally dispersed cross-functional team on medium-to-large initiatives
• Adhere to established agile methodologies and development standards
• Apply project management and SDLC processes for complex IT projects

Qualifications of the Full Stack Engineer:

• Moderate Java or Scala experience
• Strong understanding of Big Data technologies (Spark, Impala, Hive, Hadoop infrastructure)
• Experience with Rule Engine technologies (IBM ODM, Drools), Hibernate, Spring, and Java Message Service (JMS)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and frameworks
• Preferred: Exposure to Google Cloud Platform and Python development
• Preferred: Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)

Compensation of the Full Stack Engineer:

Salary Range: $100,000 - $142,250, based on experience Location: Onsite in Cary, NC (Hybrid work model) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, parental leave, and sick leave as required by law
