CNC Programmer

Piper Companies is currently looking for an experienced CNC Programmer in Trevose, PA to work for an innovative and growing surgical equipment manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

·       Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using G-code or other programming languages to instruct CNC machines on how to shape and cut materials

·       Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and design models to determine machining requirements and create efficient production processes. 

·      Set up CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and routers, and monitor their operation during machining processes

Qualifications:

·      A minimum of 3+ years’ experience with CNC Programming (Swiss machines preferred)

·      Problem Solving capabilities - Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner; Developing alternative solutions.

·      Ability to read and interpret blueprints

·      Certification or professional training preferred

Compensation:

·      Salary Range is $80,000 - $90,000 dependent upon experience
