AVP of Product Management

Piper Companies is seeking an AVP of Security Product Management to join a leading telecommunications organization in Dallas, TX. The AVP of Security Product Management will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and execution of consumer security products, driving innovation that delivers exceptional customer experiences while achieving business objectives. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a product executive with deep security domain expertise and a proven track record of launching impactful consumer technology products.

Responsibilities of the AVP of Security Product Management:

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for consumer security offerings.
• Lead innovation initiatives through experimentation, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision making.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, retail, and customer care teams to deliver customer-centric security solutions.
• Drive product lifecycle management, including prioritization, execution, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and build high-performing teams focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications of the AVP of Security Product Management:

• 10+ years of product management experience with a strong history of launching and scaling consumer-facing products.
• Demonstrated expertise within the security, cybersecurity, safety, or digital protection product space.
• Proven leadership experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, investments, and results across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical, experimentation, and product development capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Compensation for the AVP of Security Product Management includes:

• Salary range: $230,000 - $345,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holiday
• 5 days a week onsite position in Dallas, TX
