Maintenance Associate

Piper Companies is looking for a Maintenance Associate to join a clinical biopharmaceuticals company located in Manchester, NH.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Associate include:

• Responsible for the regular maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to track equipment history and plan future maintenance needs.

Qualifications for the Maintenance Associate include:

• Minimum of 2 years in maintenance/facilities
• High school diploma or equivalent education required

Compensation for the Maintenance Associate includes:

• Rate Range: $25 - $32/hr
• Comprehensive Benefit Package: Employee Medical/Dental/Vision
