Piper Companies is seeking a Quality Project Manager to join a growing leader in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology space for an onsite position in Holly Springs, North Carolina (NC). The Quality Project Manager will act as the key liaison between the CQV Team and PMO, using data-driven forecasting and reporting to optimize personnel capacity, improve resource planning, and ensure seamless execution of Project Quality deliverables.
Responsibilities of the Quality Project Manager include:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CQV Team and PMO, ensuring alignment on Project Quality deliverables and resource demands.
- Develop and improve forecasting models for personnel capacity, extending projections beyond the current two-week limit using data-driven metrics.
- Lead communication efforts with cross-functional teams, gathering insights on workload needs and optimizing resource allocation.
- Analyze project quality requirements, providing reporting and recommendations to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in resource planning.
Qualifications for the Quality Project Manager include:
- 2-5 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, with a focus on mid-level roles.
- Hands-on experience with Project QA, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in resource forecasting and reporting, including budget management and workload planning.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Compensation for the Quality Project Manager:
- Salary Range: $70-$75/hour (USD)
