Cell Culture Media Scientist

Piper Companies is seeking a Cell Culture Media Scientist to join a top biotechnology company in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities of the Cell Culture Media Scientist:

• Develop and optimize scientific methods related to cell culture media for advanced biological research.
• Independently lead technical projects, contributing specialized expertise to fill key knowledge gaps.
• Design and conduct experiments to support research and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings and support broader scientific goals.
• Contribute to innovation and problem-solving, supporting intellectual property and product development.

Qualifications of the Cell Culture Media Scientist:

• PhD in Life Sciences degrees
• Deep expertise in developing and optimizing mammalian cell culture media, with a strong focus on primary or stem cell systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a track record of effective collaboration across scientific teams.

Compensation of the Cell Culture Media Scientist:

• Salary: Between $120.000 - $130.000 per year based on years of experience
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (through Cigna), 401k, Sick leave as required by law
