Splunk Architect

Piper Companies is actively searching for a Splunk Architect in the RTP (Research Triangle Park) area. You would be tasked with developing and managing Splunk dashboards, being the primary contact for all things Splunk, and serving as the lead Splunk Specialist in migrating Splunk software to Splunk Cloud. Responsibilities of the Splunk Architect include:

·      Design and implement cloud-ready Splunk architecture

·      Act as the primary SME (subject matter expert) for all Splunk related architecture

·      Ensure data security and compliance standards are maintained

Qualifications for the Splunk Architect include:

·      3+ years of experience as a Splunk engineer, admin and/or architect

·      Able to work onsite in the Raleigh-Durham area

·      Strong knowledge of AWS and Splunk platforms

·      Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance

Compensation for the Splunk Architect includes:

·      Salary: $120,000 – $155,000 annually

·      Comprehensive benefit: Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law
