Junior Salesforce Developer

Piper Companies is seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer to join an investment management company. This position is a direct hire hybrid position, based out of Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and customize the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs (approx. 70% of the role).
• Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components (approx. 30% of the role).
• Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Maintain system integrity by performing regular updates, testing, and documentation of changes.
• Work independently on assigned projects with minimal oversight, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, including both administrative and development tasks.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components (non-negotiable requirement).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and data management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach to learning and development.

Compensation:

• Salary: $80,000- $100,000, depending on experience.
