Demand Generation Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for an established insurance company. This is a full-time/permanent position and is REMOTE, but candidates must be located on the East Coast and able to work EST. Preference for candidates who are open to occasional on-site visits (once per month if possible) in Cherry Hill, NJ. 

Responsibilities:

·       Manage lead nurturing and retargeting efforts

·       Execute digital strategies across owned, earned, and paid media

·       Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email)

·       Track campaign performance and optimize for conversions and lead quality

·       Align with sales on MQL criteria and lead handoff process

·       Build target personas and tailor messaging to key audiences

·       Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on campaign execution

·       Support lead generation through events, webinars, and sponsorships

Qualifications:

·       3–5 years of experience in demand or lead generation marketing

·       Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

·       Experience with tools like GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar

·       Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns from planning to execution

Compensation:

·       Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience plus bonus eligibility
