Facilities Technician

Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a professional biotechnology organization in the Manchester, NH area.

Responsibilities for the Facilities Maintenance Technician:

·       Perform general maintenance of the facilities, including GxP laboratory spaces, manufacturing suites, heating, electrical, and/or plumbing.

·       Complete open maintenance tasks such as painting, patching, hanging shelves, connecting gas lines, handling plumbing issues, etc.

·       Safely operate hand/power tools to complete maintenance tasks and orders.

·       Serve as primary point of contact for any external vendors working onsite, ensuring professional and clear communication.

·       Perform routine safety checks of equipment, properly documenting and reporting any potential concerns.

Qualifications for the Facilities Maintenance Technician include:

·       2+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a commercial setting is required.

·       Prior facilities/equipment maintenance experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

·       Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent Technical/Vocational training & education is required.

Compensation for the Facilities Maintenance Technician includes:

·       Salary Range: approximately $20.00 - $30.00 hourly, commensurate with experience
