Senior Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join an established healthcare organization for a contract to hire opportunity. This position is a remote opportunity, but you should be able to commute to Center City Philadelphia on occasion.

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:

• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage diverse teams.
• Experience with program budgeting, risk assessment, and resolution of complex issues.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications of the Senior Project Manager:

• 7+ years of healthcare application project management experience.
• Must have experience working in a healthcare provider environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in program and project management disciplines within a complex Information Systems environment.
• Experience evaluating, developing, and implementing custom and packaged software projects.
• Familiarity with applications development, database management, and operating systems.
• Proficient in creating project artifacts such as work breakdown structures, test plans, and go-live strategies.

Compensation for the Senior Project Manager:

• Hourly Rate: $70-$80 an hour, depending on experience.
