Salesforce Developer

Piper Companies is seeking a Salesforce Developer for an established financial services company. This is a full-time/permanent position and is hybrid (3 days a week) in Wayne, PA. 

Responsibilities:

·       Assist in the development, configuration, and customization of Salesforce applications under the guidance of senior developers.

·       Collaborate with the Salesforce team to support day-to-day platform operations and user requests.

·       Participate in ongoing system enhancements and integration projects.

·       Work closely with business partners to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business goals.

·       Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of technical solutions.

Qualifications:

·       Approximately 1 year of hands-on Salesforce development experience, ideally coming from a Salesforce Admin background.

·       Strong communication skills; ability to clearly explain technical concepts during interviews and in daily work.

·       Industry background is flexible – success in the role depends more on skills and adaptability than domain experience.

Compensation:

·       Annual Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 based on experience, bonus eligibility
