UX Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a UX Engineer for an established tech organization. This is a full-time/direct hire opportunity. This role is 100% REMOTE (must live in the United States).

Responsibilities

·       Lead front-end development on high-impact projects, including LMS migrations and custom content platforms.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, architects, and designers to deliver turnkey and agile solutions.

·       Contribute to UX design and user interaction strategies.

·       Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering technical insight and creative solutions.

·       Work across multiple concurrent projects, balancing both strategic and tactical execution.

Qualifications

·       5+ years of front-end development experience, with strong proficiency in React.

·       Background in ed-tech is required (e.g., LMS, LTI, rostering, curriculum tracking).

·       Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and visual design principles.

·       Experience with Node.js or Python on the backend is a plus.

·       Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.

·       Comfortable leading small teams or mentoring junior developers.

Compensation:

·       Annual Salary: $110,00 - $145,000
