Remote Program Manager (EST)

Piper Companies is hiring a Remote Program Manager (Must live and work in EST) for a world wide technology organization located in Raleigh, NC. The Remote Program Manager will be working with the technical leaders across the organization to ensure that their services align with regulations and standards. The Remote Program Manager role is a long term, open ended contract with the opportunity to become a permanent employee and will need to live in and work EST hours.

Responsibilities for the Remote Program Manager:

• Drive cross-functional projects to align services with cryptographic standards.
• Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to define goals, timelines, and resources.
• Manage delivery using Agile practices and track performance against business outcomes.
• Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
• Lead project teams with a focus on clarity, alignment, and results.

Requirements for the Remote Program Manager:

• Solid experience managing IT projects and Agile teams.
• Proficient with JIRA, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
• Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving ability.

Compensation for the Remote Program Manager:

• $57.00 - 70.00 per hour
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law
