Piper Companies is looking for multiple Telecommunications Mechanics to join DoD consulting company in the Everett, WA area.


 Essential Duties of the Telecommunications Mechanic:

  • Operate and maintain government-owned telephony switches (PBX), specifically Avaya Systems CM4.0
  • Troubleshooting and repair of switch issues
  • Software updates and patching
  • Ensure switch systems remain fully operational and compliant with DoD standards

Qualifications of the Telecommunications Mechanic:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in IT or Cybersecurity preferred but not required
  • 2-5 years related professional experience, including support of DoD networks
  • IAT Level II certification (Sec +, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security) preferred but not required

 Compensation for the Telecommunications Mechanic:

  • $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
  • Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays, sick Leave as required by law
