Piper Companies is looking for a Inside Sales Rep to join an insurance provider based out of Frederick, MD. This is a direct hire opportunity, requiring the candidate to go onsite 3 times a week.


 Essential Duties of the Inside Sales Rep:

  • Efficiently and effectively handle a blend of inbound calls and outbound leads generated through in-house digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to achieve key performance indicators(Calls, Emails, Talk Time) through structured daily activities schedule
  • Meets or exceeds prescribed sales and premium targets
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of products and core competitors through market research

Qualifications of the Inside Sales Rep:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience/experience in contact center sales preferred
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievement and prescribed sales targets
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


 Compensation for the Inside Sales Rep:

  • $35,000 - $40,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE target in first year is $70,000+)
