Senior Cloud Services Consultant

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Cloud Services Consultant to join an industry leading cybersecurity consulting firm. This is a 100% remote opportunity. The Senior Cloud Services Consultant will act as a technical advisor to clients, helping shape cloud security architecture and strategy across AWS and Azure environments as well as familiarity with FedRAMP Frameworks.

Responsibilities of the Senior Cloud Services Consultant include:

·      Lead cloud engagements including greenfield and brownfield projects.

·      Familiarity with frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, SOC, ISO, HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI.

·      Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for client engagements.

·      Design and operate compliance monitoring activities aligned with internal policies and regulations.

·      Develop cloud strategies, service delivery models, and strategic planning documents.

·      Mentor junior staff and support their technical and consulting development.

·      Collaborate with clients to design compliant cloud infrastructure and advise on AWS, Azure, and GCP.



Qualifications for the Senior Cloud Services Consultant include:

·      6+ years of experience in security systems engineering and architecture.

·      5+ years supporting cloud architecture in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·      Experience in professional services and client-facing consulting roles.

·      Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation for the Senior Cloud Services Consultant includes:

·      Salary Range: $130,000-$140,000

·      Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
