QA Automation Lead

Piper Companies is seeking a skilled QA Automation Lead to join our dynamic team. This position will be hybrid in Cary, NC. The QA Automation Lead will be responsible for coordinating team efforts on implementing QA automation.

Responsibilities for the QA Automation Lead:

• Design, implement and maintain an automated quality control framework.
• Work on testing cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring correct scaling and high availability.
• Coordinate team efforts on implementing QA automation.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate and manage infrastructure deployments, establish and maintain QA infrastructure environments.

Qualifications for the QA Automation Lead:

• Proficiency in core Java.
• 7+ years of experience with with automated testing frameworks and tools, e.g. Junit, Serenity, JMeter, Cucumber, Gherkin.
• Proficiency with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Helm, and Ansible for managing infrastructure and applications.

Compensation for the QA Automation Lead:

• Salary Range: $145,000-185,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
