Building Maintenance Associate

Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Maintenance Associate to join a dynamic and innovative biotechnology organization in Manchester, NH.

Entry to junior level job looking for someone looking to do various handy work around these offices and laboratories!

 Essential Duties of the Building Maintenance Associate:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functioning and climate control.
• Handle electrical maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
• Address plumbing issues, perform installations and repairs, and ensure proper functioning of plumbing systems.
• Conduct painting and patching tasks to maintain the appearance and integrity of the facility.
• Install and maintain shelves and other storage solutions as needed.

Qualifications of the Building Maintenance Associate:

• MOST IMPORTANT: Professional attitude and good communication skills.
• 0-2 years of experience working in facilities maintenance/management, handyman/woman work, carpentry, mechanic, car maintenance, house repairs, hvac technician, electrician, etc.

Compensation for the Building Maintenance Associate:

• $40,000 to $52,000 based on experience
• Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays
