Software Developer – Service Delivery Engineer

Piper Companies is currently seeking a Software Developer – Service Delivery Engineer based in Philadelphia, PA. This position supports a technical team focused on modernizing legacy systems and requires strong leadership, client-facing communication, and operational oversight skills. Responsibilities

• Manage daily service delivery operations and ensure client satisfaction
• Act as main point of contact for performance reporting and service updates
• Support teams working on SQL and .NET application modernization
• Lead service reviews and coordinate across departments (HR, Tech, Sales, etc.)
• Oversee team performance, task management, and process improvements

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in service delivery, client services, or operations management
• Experience supporting technical teams or software projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with SQL/.NET environments and agile teams is a plus

Compensation

• Location: Onsite in Philadelphia, PA
• Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 annually
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick Leave (as required by law)
