IT Project Manager - Integration

Piper Companies is currently seeking an IT Project Manager – Integration to support a long-term, remote EHR integration project for a leading healthcare organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager with hands-on Cerner experience, particularly in clinical system integrations across remote sites. This is a Remote Opportunity.

Responsibilities for the IT Project Manager – Integration

• Lead EHR-focused integration projects involving clinical applications and third-party systems
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless support, domain strategy, and upgrades
• Serve as the main point of contact across vendors, clinical teams, and leadership
• Prepare and support go-live execution (limited onsite presence required

Qualifications for the IT Project Manager – Integration

• 10+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in healthcare IT
• Strong background managing Cerner implementations or integrations
• Experience with third-party system integration (lab machines, devices, etc.)
• Prior experience supporting multi-site or remote clinical environments
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Compensation for the IT Project Manager – Integration

• Pay Rate: $75-$85/hr.
• Contract Type: Long-term contract with benefits
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick Leave (as required by law)
