Piper Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HRIS Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS ATS systems for a leading AI solutions company. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll, benefits, and recruiting systems, while supporting compliance, data integrity, and process efficiency across the organization.


Responsibilities of the HRIS Administrator include:

·       Administer and configure ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS systems, ensuring seamless operation across payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and recruiting.

·       Maintain data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimal disruptions.

·       Generate and analyze reports to support compliance, strategic planning, and decision-making.

·       Monitor system performance and gather user data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

·       Provide technical support and training to HR, payroll, and other system users.

·       Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations.

·       Document HRIS procedures, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.

Qualifications for the HRIS Administrator include:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

·       3+ years of experience administering ADP Workforce Now.

·       Proficiency in using and administering iCIMS.

·       Strong understanding of HRIS systems, including payroll, benefits, and time & attendance functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with additional ADP modules such as Benefits, Time & Attendance, or Recruiting.

·       Familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools for reporting.

·       ADP Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.

·       iCIMS Administrator Certification.

Compensation for the HRIS Administrator includes:

6 month Contract to hire: $110,000 - $120,000 conversion salary
