Piper Companies is seeking a hands-on HRIS Administrator to join their team in a full-time, fully remote opportunity. This is a contract to hire opportunity (conversion expected within 4–5 months) supporting a high-impact HR technology environment. The ideal candidate will be a true expert in both ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS, with recent, in-depth experience managing, configuring, and enhancing both platforms—not just using them.
Responsibilities of the HRIS Administrator include:
System Administration:
- Fully manage and enhance ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS platforms.
- Ensure seamless operation across payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and recruiting.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and system accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate and analyze reports from ADP and iCIMS to support compliance and strategic HR initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and user data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support & Training:
- Provide technical support and training to HR, payroll, and recruiting teams.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to promote best practices.
Process Improvement & Collaboration:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams on system updates, integrations, and enhancements.
Documentation & Best Practices:
- Create and maintain documentation for system procedures, workflows, and best practices.
Qualifications for the HRIS Administrator include:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering ADP Workforce Now.
- Proficiency in iCIMS administration and configuration.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems, including payroll, benefits, and timekeeping.
- Experience with additional ADP modules (Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting).
- Familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools.
- ADP Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
- iCIMS Administrator Certification.
Compensation for the HRIS Administrator includes:
Salary range: $110,000 - $120,000
Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
