L&D Training Specialist

Piper Companies is currently seeking a Learning & Development Training Specialist to support a fully remote, long-term training initiative with a highly reputable consumer health organization.

Responsibilities for the Learning & Development Training Specialist

• Develop and revise training content using Articulate Storyline to support global quality and compliance efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and finalize training content
• Leverage existing documentation and templates to streamline content development
• Work closely with internal Learning & Development and Quality Operations stakeholders
• Manage and prioritize multiple training deliverables with direction from project leads

Qualifications for the Learning & Development Training Specialist

• 3+ years of experience developing eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline (or similar platforms)
• Background in a regulated industry (pharma, biotech, med device, aerospace, etc.)
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Compensation for the Learning & Development Training Specialist

• Pay Rate: $45–$55/hr. (commensurate with experience)
• Contract Type: 12-month contract with potential extension
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick Leave (as required by law)
