HRIS Administrator – ADP & iCIMS Expert

Piper Companies is seeking an HRIS Administrator – ADP & iCIMS Expert to join a leading AI-driven analytics organization. The HRIS Administrator will be critical in managing, configuring, and enhancing both the ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS platforms.

Responsibilities of the HRIS Administrator – ADP & iCIMS Expert include:

• Administer and configure ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS ATS, ensuring seamless operation across payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and recruiting.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimal disruption.
• Generate and analyze reports from ADP and iCIMS to support compliance, decision-making, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide technical support and training to HR, payroll, and recruiting teams to ensure effective system usage.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements in collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance teams.
• Document HRIS procedures, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.

Qualifications for the HRIS Administrator – ADP & iCIMS Expert:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering ADP Workforce Now.
• Proficiency in iCIMS administration is required.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, including payroll, benefits, and time tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional ADP modules such as Benefits, Time & Attendance, or Recruiting.
• Familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools for reporting.
• ADP Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
• iCIMS Administrator Certification.

Compensation for the HRIS Administrator – ADP & iCIMS Expert:

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Sick Leave (as required by law), and Holidays
