A fast-growing enterprise software company is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Executive to join its U.S. team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with enterprise clients. You’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and expanding existing accounts—all while collaborating with a highly technical and supportive team. This individual will need to be based out of Austin, TX but will be able to work remote!


Responsibilities of the Account Executive:

  • Drive outbound outreach efforts to identify and engage new enterprise prospects.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead software demonstrations, guide evaluations, and manage contract negotiations.
  • Strategically plan and execute account growth initiatives aligned with company values and goals.
  • Use data to inform decisions and prioritize time and resources effectively.

Qualifications of the Account Executive:

  • Proven success in outbound enterprise software sales, ideally within a high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong business development skills with experience in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive opportunities forward.
  • Analytical thinker who uses data to guide strategy and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with data science or analytics is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.

Compensation of the Account Executive:

  • OTE: $180,000–$220,000 annually, with a 50/50 split between base salary and commission.
